Visual artist and filmmaker Aleksander Johan Andreassen’s collaborations and open-ended performances draw attention to the subtle ways in which public and semi-public spaces influence human behavior. Engaging participants and collaborators he intervenes in city streets and shopping malls in the hopes of eliciting critical or disruptive ways of perceiving and interacting with the built environment.
